Village Zoning Compliance Permit: Required before you can obtain a building permit.

Village Sign Permit: Required before you can put up a temporary or permanent sign.

Building Permits: Required before you can build anything. Available from the Washtenaw County Building Department www.ewashtenaw.org

The Village is a planned community whose future is directed by the Master Plan, which was adopted in 2005 and is regularly reviewed by the Planning Commission. For information regarding planning and development in the Village, contact the Community Development Manager.
